We partnered with the OWN team to produce a full-day conference for 200+ attendees, including keynote speakers, local business exhibitors, headshot stations, a custom vendor market, and a catered lunch experience. Bauer Compressors | Winter Wonderland Holiday Party
For their second year working with us, Bauer wanted a completely different experience—so we transformed a traditional hotel ballroom into a winter-themed celebration with icy blue and silver tones, festive lighting, character artists, and team-wide raffles. Cocktail and formal seating gave the space flexibility and warmth, and every team member—from warehouse staff to leadership—felt included.
This event showed how small, intentional touches—like interactive artists and personalized raffle moments—can create a truly memorable experience across every level of a company.

To celebrate the launch of their new Virginia Beach office, OWN Real Estate and sister company Creoteric hosted a grand opening and ribbon-cutting event that welcomed community leaders, elected officials, and local supporters.
